At Charubala, we strive to ensure that every saree reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photos of the packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
- Customized or altered products.
- Products returned without original tags and packaging.
