Return & Exchange Policy – Charubala

At Charubala, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • To initiate a request, please share clear photos/videos of the product along with your order number via WhatsApp or email.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees are not eligible for return or exchange due to personal preferences, change of mind, color expectations, or drape/fall preferences.
  • Slight variations in color may occur due to screen and lighting differences and are not considered defects.
  • Customized, altered, or specially sourced products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

  • If a return request is approved and a replacement is unavailable, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
